Payment Information:

My Rockstar Baby accepts all major credit cards for online shopping, and it is totally secure through PayPal. You can check out directly through our site or through PayPal if you have an account with them.

Shipping:

We use USPS - United States Parcel Service Priority Mail to send out packages for $4.05. Overnight packages are shipped Express Mail using USPS for $16.25. Please email us at: emily@myrockstarbaby.com for this service. We cannot guarantee delivery the next day because USPS delivers based on a zone system. In most cases Overnight packages are delivered overnight delivery with exception of California, Oregon and Washington.

International Shipping:

We now ship to Canada! We can also ship internationally to other countries. We have a flat rate of $10.00 to ship to Canada and $15.00 to ship anywhere else in the world. If you have any questions or would prefer for us to send you package first class for a lower fee please email us: emily@myrockstarbaby.com.

Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges:

If you wish to return an item please email us: emily@myrockstarbaby.com. We will credit your account immediately or send you out a replacement per your request. We do not accept returns on these items:

     Items discounted for final sale
     Holiday-themed items after the holiday
     Clearance items

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please notify My Rockstar Baby within 10 business days of receiving your order. Returns must be unused and returned in the original packaging for full credit. However all shipping charges are the customer's responsibility. If you received free shipping with your purchase, the cost of the initial shipping and handling will be subtracted from your refund. Shipping costs will apply to replacement items. Insurance and tracking are recommended as we are not responsible for packages lost.

Shipments to Multiple Addresses:

You can have the onesies sent to your home or shipped to another location if needed. However we are only able to accept orders to one shipping address at a time. Our $4.05 flat rate for USPS Priority delivery is designed to make this process more convenient for our customers. Thank you for understanding!

Estimating Delivery Dates:

After your payment has been received and we are able to process it, packages are delivered in an average of 2-3 days to any destination once shipped.

*However, please allow up to two weeks after you place your order for the onesies to arrive. They will usually arrive sooner but if you need the onesie for a baby shower gift please leave yourself some breathing room.

If overseas please allow 6-10 business days to receive your items. Thanks!!!

Wholesale:

My Rockstar Baby onesies are available to retailers in sizes 3-6M and 6-12M. Each style is available in short sleeve onesies and long sleeve onesies. The romper/sleeper is only available in long sleeves. The toddler t-shirts are available in 2T or 4T and some in 18 M.
